the sign thats says stop hurting yourself. it means dont beat yourself over small things. it also can mean dontt hurt yourself by messing up your future. hurting yourself can also be phyical. a student my friend cut her wraist. it affected her because she could have died. it make me think nothing is worth dying for like even when things hard then get better. and i explain that to my friend. i just hope she will never do it again.
